Win Hansen is the founder of Growth Hikes and the Growth Hike Guy® — a registered trademark that represents 30+ years of consistent revenue growth across some of healthcare's most competitive sectors.
He started his career in medical sales in 1995 and spent the next two decades building a track record that few can match: national GPO contracts, President's Circle awards, organizational turnarounds, and a consistent pattern of arriving in underperforming situations and leaving them as top performers.
In 2022, Win founded Sleep Fitter and invented Rairflow® — a reverse airflow sleep technology built on licensed IP — and set about building a digital health company from scratch. That experience required him to lead teams building AI-powered operating systems, a first-of-kind clinical assessment instrument designed for validation (the OSSHI), and a clinic partnership network across the Midwest. He did not just observe AI implementation. He directed it.
Win holds certification as a Sleep Science Coach, is a Digital Health KC Fellow, and has been recognized by Startland News for his innovation work in digital health and sleep science.
He is based in Lenexa, Kansas. He is selectively accepting new consulting engagements.
